1. Information and Documents You Process
LENS AI is a document scanning and PDF productivity application. The App allows users to scan documents, create PDF files, perform batch scans, scan ID cards, extract text from images using OCR, organize saved documents and view generated PDF files.
Documents, images, extracted text and PDF files that you create or select are processed as necessary to provide the feature you choose to use.
The App does not require you to create a LENS AI account to use its core document scanning and PDF features.
2. Document Scanning and PDF Files
When you use the document scanner, LENS AI uses your device camera to capture the document you choose to scan. Captured pages may be processed by the App to create PDF documents.
The App also provides features such as single-page scanning, batch scanning and ID Card Mode. These features process the images you intentionally capture or select in order to create the requested document or PDF.
Generated PDF documents may be stored in the App's designated storage area on your device so that you can access them through features such as Recent Scans, Documents and the built-in PDF viewer.
3. OCR and Text Tools
LENS AI includes OCR (Optical Character Recognition) functionality that allows you to extract text from supported images.
OCR processing is performed on-device for the App's text extraction functionality. The image you select is analyzed to recognize visible text and display the extracted text within the App.
You may then choose to copy extracted text, save it as a text file, or use supported document features such as creating a PDF from an image.
LENS AI does not provide generative AI, AI chat, AI summaries, AI translation or other cloud-based AI processing as part of its current functionality.
4. Advertising and Device Information
LENS AI contains advertising and uses third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads.
Advertising services may automatically process certain information required to provide, measure, secure and improve advertisements. Depending on your device, region, consent choices and advertising configuration, this information may include:
- Advertising or device identifiers;
- IP address and approximate location derived from network information;
- Device and operating system information;
- App interaction and advertising interaction information;
- Diagnostic and performance information; and
- Information used for fraud prevention, security and advertising measurement.
The information processed by Google and other advertising services is subject to their respective privacy policies and applicable privacy controls.
Advertising does not require LENS AI to upload your scanned PDF documents or OCR document contents to an advertising provider for the purpose of displaying ads.
5. Information We Do Not Intentionally Request
We do not require you to provide your name, email address, phone number, password or payment card information to create a LENS AI account because the App does not require an account for its core functionality.
We do not intentionally request that users submit personal documents or government identification information directly to Hassan Raza Tools. ID Card Mode is a document-scanning feature that allows you to capture the front and back of a card for creating a PDF on your device.
You are responsible for deciding what documents or images you scan, select, store or process using the App.
6. Permissions and Device Access
LENS AI requests only device access necessary to provide the features you choose to use. Permission availability and wording may vary depending on your Android version and device.
Camera
Camera access is used when you choose to scan documents, capture pages or use ID Card Mode.
Images and Media
Access to images or media may be used when you intentionally choose an existing image for document processing, OCR or PDF creation.
App Storage
The App uses its designated storage area to save generated PDFs, text files and other files created through supported App features.
You can review or manage applicable permissions through your Android device settings.
7. Local Document Storage
Documents created by LENS AI may be stored locally in the App's designated storage area on your device.
Features such as Recent Scans, Documents/Folders and the built-in PDF viewer access these saved documents so that you can find and view previously generated PDFs.
Because these files are stored on your device, their availability may be affected if you delete them, clear App data, uninstall the App or otherwise remove the associated local files.
8. Third-Party Services and SDKs
LENS AI may use third-party software development kits (SDKs) and services necessary to provide particular App functionality.
These may include:
- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob for advertising;
- Google Play services and Android platform services where required;
- On-device text recognition technology used for OCR functionality; and
- Other technical libraries required for document scanning, PDF creation, file handling and application operation.
Third-party providers may process limited technical information according to their own privacy policies, terms and applicable law.
9. Data Sharing
Hassan Raza Tools does not intentionally sell your scanned documents, PDF contents or OCR-extracted document text.
Limited device, advertising, diagnostic or interaction information may be processed by third-party services such as Google Mobile Ads as described in this Privacy Policy.
If you intentionally use Android sharing functionality to send a document or text to another application or service, the information you choose to share will be handled by the receiving application or service according to its own privacy practices.
10. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App. Keeping document processing and OCR functionality on the device where applicable helps limit unnecessary transmission of document content.
However, no software, device storage system or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should take appropriate precautions when scanning or storing sensitive documents.
11. Data Retention and Deletion
Locally saved PDFs, images, extracted text files and other documents remain on your device until you delete them, remove the associated App data, or uninstall the App where applicable.
You can delete documents using available App functionality or applicable device file-management options.
Because LENS AI does not require a user account for its core functionality, there is no LENS AI cloud account containing your locally stored document library that needs to be separately deleted.
Information independently processed by third-party services, including advertising providers, may be retained according to those providers' privacy policies, legal obligations and operational requirements.

12. Children's Privacy
LENS AI is a general productivity and document utility application. It is not specifically designed or directed toward children.
We do not knowingly request children to provide personal information directly to Hassan Raza Tools through the App. If you believe that personal information relating to a child has been provided directly to us, please contact us so that we can review the matter.
13. International Processing
Third-party technology and advertising providers may process technical or advertising-related information in countries other than your own. Such processing is governed by the respective provider's privacy practices and applicable law.
14. Your Choices
You can control certain App and privacy-related functionality through your device settings. Depending on your Android version, device and region, available controls may include:
- Allowing or denying camera permission;
- Managing image or media access;
- Managing advertising privacy preferences;
- Deleting locally stored documents;
- Clearing App data; and
- Uninstalling the App.
Disabling a permission may prevent the related App feature from functioning correctly.

We may update this Privacy Policy when LENS AI's functionality, third-party services, legal requirements or privacy practices change.
